RAEL MOTORI ELETTRICI is specialized since 1978 in the study, planning and production of electric motors for potentially explosive atmospheres.
MOTORS SERIES ADPE TYPE V80, V90, II 2G EEx d IIB T3:
MOTOR SERIES FOR FUEL DISPENSER
Motors projected to be installed inside the fuel dispensers. Motors type V80 (shaft height 80mm) or type V90 (shaft height 90mm).
In the V80 version we can make motors without cooling fan that can be used for vapour recovery
pumps or coupled with premix oil pumps.
Motors for use in potentially explosive atmospheres
for presence of gas or vapours and combustible dust,of category 2, suitable forZone 1,Zone 2 (2G)
MOTORS SERIES RL - UNIFIED series
TYPE 63, 71, 80 90,EEx d,EEx de, IIC,II, 2G IP55 - II, 2GD IP66 - T4, T5, T6 and for Zone 21 and Zone 22 (2GD), manufactured in
compliance with the European Standards EN 50014,
EN 50018 and EN 50281-1-1 for the protection mode:
EEx d IIC for classes of temperature T4, T5, T6 in
execution 2G; (IP65 or IP66 T135°C, T100°C,T85°C in execution 2GD)
and in compliance with the European Standards EN 50014,
EN 50018, EN 50019 and EN 50281-1-1 for the protection mode:
EEx de IIC for classes of temperature T4, T5, T6 in
execution 2G; (IP65 or IP66 T135°C, T100°C,T85°C in execution GD).
Modular motor: thorough the application, on the same frame, of feet and fl anges you can have the mounting arrangements B3, B5, B14, B34, B35. This
permits to reduce the stock costs.
The terminal board box can be placed on the upper part of the motor or on the lateral sides, and the direction of the input of the cables can be front,
posterior or lateral . |
